Hi! Thank you for stopping by my page. My name is Jessica. I am a pharmacist, yoga instructor and a lover of health and wellness. I have always had a passion for helping people heal. Wheather it was through a pharmecutical regimen or though learning meditation or starting that fitness routine again, I love working with busy women to find a journey that is right for them. The health and wellness industry is booming at the moment but there is also a lot of conflicting info out there.
