Easy weeknight fajitas

Quick fajitas for a weekday night

When I was in pharmacy school I lived on this recipe. I would alternate putting it over rice and on a tortilla. It was inexpensive, quick and easy and not too bad for you!
- 1 package flour tortillas
- 1 lb chicken breast sliced into thin strips
- 2 red bell peppers sliced
- 2 green peppers sliced
- 1 yellow onion sliced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 2 limes zested and juiced
This recipe is so easy I don’t even need to list out steps. Once you have everything sliced, place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. Add everything into a heated pan and cook until the chicken is cooked through. Serve on warm tortillas with your favorite toppings!
